Terms and Conditions

All claims must be made for return of authorization within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Returns are subject to restocking fees. Any charges must be disputed within 30 days of the Date-of-Charge.

While most of our items are available for immediate shipping, we sometimes do not have a particular product in stock and unfortunately neither do our vendors. MSW USA also may at times not receive notification from our suppliers if an item is on backorder. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our Customer Service at info@binderyparts.com , or call 800-560-0834. 

If your desired item(s) are discontinued or backordered you will be contacted at the earliest date with the options of continuing to wait for the backordered product, substituting it for a similar item, or receiving a full refund on the backordered item(s).

All orders will be shipped when all products requested are available.
